Company
How the company is staffed
Kudapara Pty Ltd is a legal product company. One human principal. A full team of AI department leads on Hermes. We organize by mission — not by headcount we cannot afford.
Most software shops either hire a dozen people they cannot afford, or pretend a single founder is every department. We rejected both. The durable unit of work here is a named role with a clear domain, a workspace, and a board — staffed by a Hermes profile that can claim tasks, open pull requests, and ship without waiting for a standup.
Kuda is CEO and principal. Signatures, live money, production deploys, and public posts go through him. Everything inside a named domain moves without waiting for a meeting.

Nick routes work as the VP / Chief of Staff. Department agents own their domain archives and tools. Missions are where multi-person (multi-agent) work actually lands. Avatars above are durable identity marks for each seat.
Missions
Missions beat silos
Agents form small squads around a mission. Department folders stay for archives. The mission is where cross-functional work actually finishes.
Muchiround platform
Meredith, Linus, Leila, Eileen
The main product — commerce, social, logistics, messaging, leads, AI. Profitability first; no side-quest sprawl.
Agentic backbone
Anton, Linus, Warren, Nick
The board, agent profiles, deploy integrity, honest money handling. The company runs on this layer.
Partner embeds
Nick, Linus, Meredith
Rare consulting: full-stack build plus agentic ops inside a partner company. Capacity is intentionally scarce.
Hard lines
Move fast. Fence the blast radius.
Agents move on
Branch work, tests, pull requests, internal drafts, unblocking dependencies, domain execution.
Kuda must say go
Contracts, public publishing, live payments, production deploys.
No invented done
Blocked source? Stop and report. Looking busy is not a deliverable.
Company repo = product bar
Charter and strategy ship through pull requests. No silent mainline edits.
